Return/Refund Policy
Refund: All purchases are final. No Refunds. Exchange only if the purchase was received with damage during shipping or is defective. Please see the exchange policy.
Exchange: We only exchange items if they are received damaged during shipping or the print is defective.
Please take photos of any damage, or document in writing all product defects, and email to info@x2xclothing.com
Any damage or defective purchases must be reported within 72 hours of the purchase being received. Please keep all original packaging to return the item.
Upon receiving the email, and confirming proof of damage or a defective product, we will start the process to send out a replacement garment.
